Celebrity attendees at major events this week leaned heavily toward vintage and archival fashion pieces. Sadie Sink wore an Alexander McQueen gown from the designer's spring 2003 collection to a Disney event in Anaheim announcing a new X-Men movie. Styled by Molly Dickson, the gauzy dress drew particular attention at the event.

Amal Clooney appeared at a fundraising dinner in Lake Como in an archival John Galliano dress, which she accessorized with tassel earrings and a woven bag. The embroidered black slip dress represented one of her most-worn labels, according to observers.

Contemporary designs also appeared on red carpets and at street style events. Kristen Stewart wore a sleek black leather Alex Perry dress in New York, while Anne Hathaway wore a cropped Prabal Gurunt top with a cascading train and jeans to the premiere of The End of Oak Street.
