Algeria warns investors of sanctions for missing reports

The Algerian Investment Promotion Agency requires investors to submit project progress reports by 30 September or face sanctions.

Investors are required to submit to the Algerian Investment Promotion Agency (AAPI) the status of progress on their projects corresponding to the first half of 2026 before 30 September next, under penalty of sanctions, the AAPI reported on Monday.

In a statement published on Monday, the AAPI called on interested operators to update information regarding the progress of their investment projects as established by the agency.
