In accordance with Article 12 of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, EFSA reviewed the maximum residue limits (MRLs) currently established at European level for the active pesticide substance clopyralid. To assess the presence of clopyralid residues in plants, processed products, rotation crops and livestock, EFSA considered the conclusions derived from the framework of the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 844/2012.
In its analysis, EFSA also took into account the import limits and European authorisations reported by the Member States and the United Kingdom, including the residue data supporting them.
