Frank Lampard has urged his Coventry players to embrace the Premier League challenge and ensure they have no regrets, calling on the side to impose themselves in their opening fixture against Arsenal. Lampard, who last managed in the Premier League with Chelsea three years ago, acknowledged there is a step up in class to navigate. The manager said physicality is a big part of what is needed to compete at the top level, with Coventry targeting players 6ft and above.
