The fourth nomination gala of La Casa de los Famosos México 2026 marked a turning point in the season. The 16 inhabitants entered the confessional on Wednesday, although in several cases their nominations were altered by the coloured piggy bank dynamic.
The week's nominees were Mariana Ochoa and Ernesto Laguardia with 16 points, Cynthia Klitbo with 12 points, Ese Pérez and Yahir with 10 points each, Brianda Deyanara, Flor Vigna and Moisés Peñaloza with 7 points respectively.
Karina and Brianda were designated as challengers for the save steal, competing against Gema on Friday, 21 August. In the early hours of that day, one of the most tense moments of the season emerged during the nominees' dinner, when Flor Vigna stated that Mariana Ochoa faces a disadvantage for having lost time living together within the reality show, and the former OV7 member responded immediately.
Wendy Guevara, member of Las Perdidas, spoke out about the criticism that has labelled the fourth season as boring or lacking the drama of past editions, sending a message to detractors appealing to the freedom of choice of the viewing public.
