American businesswoman and model Paris Hilton captured the attention of her followers by posing while holding the Venezuelan flag. The photographs went viral on social media.
The images were shared by Andrea Manili, a close Venezuelan associate of Hilton's who accompanies her at musical performances and events. Manili wrote alongside the photo: "Venezuela present in the world with Paris Hilton".
In the message, Manili said it brings him joy that Hilton "raises our flag with emotion" and mentioned that she wishes to visit Venezuela soon. He noted that he has spoken to her about the country, its food, songs and cities, and added that she "supports us".
In a second post, Manili shared a video in which he claimed that Hilton will visit Venezuela soon. This is not the first time Manili has shared photographs of Hilton with the Venezuelan tricolour flag; last year he posted a similar image on the occasion of the young man's birthday, highlighting his origins.
