Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodríguez were married in a private ceremony held in the living room of their home in Cascais, Portugal. The newlyweds displayed matching wedding bands on Instagram following the event, which was attended by their five children.

The couple and their children attended Mass after the ceremony. Rodríguez had announced her engagement last summer with a photograph of her oval-cut diamond ring, estimated to be 35 or 37 carats, captioned "Yes, I do. In this and in all my lives."

Rodríguez told Vogue that she had decided against a large-scale wedding. "When I was a little girl," she said, "I dreamt of the biggest castle, the biggest carriage, the longest dress, a crown full of diamonds. And now I'm saying: no. I want something intimate, with my partner and our children, at home."

Ronaldo had three children—son Cristiano Jr. and twins Eva Maria and Mateo—before welcoming his first child with Rodríguez, daughter Alana Martina, in late 2017. The couple had a second child together, Bella Esmeralda, in 2022.
