Disney reunions continue to happen one after another. First came the stars of Princess Protection Program. Then the cast of Camp Rock. Now the Jonas Brothers have reunited with fellow Disney star Vanessa Hudgens, who presented the musical trio at the 2026 Disney Legends Award ceremony in Anaheim, California, the previous evening, where they were given one of the prestigious honours.
For the occasion, Hudgens demonstrated that her style has changed drastically since her days as a young star. Gone were the wide necklines and voluminous headbands she once wore on red carpets; the previous evening she wore an elegant long mustard yellow dress by Bottega Veneta.
Crafted in a fitted jersey-like material, the strapless design with a boat neck was accented with teardrop-shaped gold clasps, which decorated the dress along the hip and alternate shoulder. With a clasp effect, the accessories covered tight fabric folds that created gathered draping, and Hudgens completed the look with brown heeled sandals and gold jewellery matching the dress hardware.
As for the Jonas Brothers, they coordinated their looks with striped suits, with Joe and Nick sporting grey suits in contrasting tones, and Kevin opting for a similar casual business look without a jacket.
"It seems like it was yesterday when we were just kids running around the Disney studios," Hudgens said while presenting the brothers with their award during the D23 expo. "And now look at us—we have kids!"
Although Hudgens never worked alongside the brothers in any official film or television programme, the quartet participated in similar projects over the years, such as Disney Channel Games, while making joint appearances at ceremonies such as the 2008 Teen Choice Awards. The actors also rose to fame during the same late 2000s era of the Disney Channel, thanks to their respective musical film series, High School Musical (2006–2008) and Camp Rock (2008–2026).
